We are a women’s fitness facility offering classes in pole dancing, and non-pole dancing classes such as lap dancing, yoga, belly dancing, cardio kick-boxing, hip-hop, go-go dancing, sacred dance fusion, toning ballet, booty camp, stretching and more. We even have co-ed pole dancing too! Yes, pole dancing is for everyone, to get in the best shape of your life. Try it to believe it!

INTRO/TEASER POLE DANCING
The perfect introduction to pole dancing. Similar to the first week of a Level 1 pole dancing class, you will learn what a fun and fantastic workout pole dancing is. Prepare to become addicted!
POLE LEVEL 1 (FLIRTING CLASS)
Starting from the ground up, by moving with your new dance partner, ‘the pole’, you will learn 20 beginner pole, dance and floor moves. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine.
POLE LEVEL 2 (TEMPTRESS CLASS)
Perfect what you learned in level one, and lift off – performing moves with an element of challenge. Get to know your body and learn an additional 10 pole, dance and floor moves, which will produce another beautifully choreographed routine.
POLE LEVEL 3 (VIXEN CLASS)
During level three you are becoming one with your inner pole dancer. You are feeling more sexy and confident about your abilities as you learn your first handstand and flip upside down. You are powerful. The 12 new pole, dance and floor moves and routine is more advanced than before, as you are now a Vixen!
POLE LEVEL 4 (DIVA CLASS)
As a Diva you will be introduced to even more challenging moves, including viewing the world sideways and from above as you climb to new heights! You will increase your upper body strength and improve your cardio with each move, plus learn the true Diva routine containing 15 new moves.
SPECIALTY POLE CLASSES
SPINNING POLE LEVEL 1
Ready for some spinning pole? Spinning pole is a FUN challenge for those who gave successfully completed Pole Level 1 and 2. (minimum eight weeks experience) Basic rotating pole fundamentals will be taught, so beginners will come away with an understanding of the pole’s dynamics while advanced students will be able to broaden their knowledge by enhancing their skills. This class is very unique and specialized, different from all other pole classes.
POLE TECHNIQUE & PERFORMANCE LEVELS 1 – 3
A must for all pole dancing students! Come in and practice your pole spins and tricks in this exciting class for levels 1 – 3. This class will help your improve your pole dancing, develop strength, increase your flexibility, and help perfect your moves! Helpful tips will be reviewed for performing professionally on stage or for you special someone at home. Pre-requisite Level 1.
Learn a variety of pole and floor moves that strengthen and tone your body. All levels are welcome as we will accommodate both beginners and the elite in this extremely fun class. Yes, you too boys, come play on the pole!
Cardio, pole and strength combine to give you an invigorating workout that will keep you coming back for more! With a new format every week, your body will be in the finest form yet! Bring your runners…this class is not for the delicate! Prerequisite: Level 1 Pole
PILATES AND POLE
“Pilates and Pole” is a creative workout combining the mind/body practice of Pilates, as well as principles of sports stretch, strength training, and dynamic movement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, reduce stress, and provide a mild cardiovascular effect. When combining with pole dancing, you will have a workout like no other as pole dancing strengthens and tones the upper body, while offering an improvement in your cardiovascular health.
GO GO BELLY POLE FUSION
Come experience a completely new fusion of dance styles! Do you enjoy the isolation technique and sensuality of Belly Dance? The eclectic playful influence of Go Go? The strength and grace of Pole? Enjoy all three in this exciting class and enter a new realm of feminine expression!
This class is very dance oriented using the classic eight counts to guide you. Your upper body strength, balance and grace is improved with these levels 2 – 3 moves. Prerequisite level 1 or extensive dance experience.
POLE STRENGTH & CORE TRAINING
Improve your balance and core strength for Pole Fitness. You will learn strength holds, and pole techniques, for a core strength workout that’s FUN and motivating. Pole Strength & Core Training will increase your strength for Level 1 and improve your stability for more advanced levels.
POLE STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE
For all levels, benefit from strengthening your upper body, learn how to lift your body weight and master your spins & tricks preparing you for more advanced pole dancing. We incorporate some cardio with strength and flexibility training to get you in top shape to perfect your pole moves and help you advance to higher levels.
EXOTIC DANCER 4 WEEK COURSE (Ask for Details – Currently not being offered)

POLE LEVEL 6 (GODDESS CLASS)
Welcome Goddesses, as you are admired by all. Strive to achieve your best with 15 new pole and floor moves that blend together, differently then all the rest. Becoming acrobatic, with a new Level of moves, inspired by the challenge The Best of Pole Dancing has to offer.
POLE LEVEL 7 (QUEEN CLASS)
Welcome Queens, to the highest of all classes. You are The Best of the Best! Strive to achieve your best with 10 new pole moves that will complete your journey. Show off your body as climb, hang, and hold your body as pole goddesses do. As an extremely challenging test of strength put all your powers in your best routine ever! Las Vegas Look Out!
STRIPTEASE & SENSUAL MOVEMENT
One of our sexiest classes! Meet your sexy side as you learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs. Classes will consist of a combination of sexy floor moves, wall work, chair dancing and lap dancing. The slow sensual movements will make you feel sexy and powerful! Bring your high heels, a soft blanket and knee pads (optional) to class.
LAP DANCE BASICS
Meet your sexy side with the foundation for lap dancing! Starting with the basics of sensual movements, hip circles, body waves, wall moves, floor moves and chair moves. A great workout at the same time!
LAP DANCE COURSES
Come learn all the hottest Hip Rotations ,Chair Flips, Isolation’s, Body Roles and Booty Shaking movements. Flirt with your Eyes, Lips and Hips. Learn How to Move like the Experts! Sizzling Salsa will have you quickly burning up the dance floor! Learn how to easily add fire, flare, and femininity, to your dance moves. This class will teach you all about body isolation techniques, so that you can express Latin Rhythms with a graceful style. Spicy hips, alluring arms, and elegant legs will all become a part of you as you learn the latest professional footwork and spinning techniques. Ladies of all levels are welcome. Turn up the heat with Sizzling Salsa, and become the fire of his desire!
Flow Yoga uses yoga poses like a dance, flowing from one pose to another and using the breath to initiate the movement. Flow Yoga is used to tone, strengthen, and align the body while relaxing the mind and linking the two systems of breath and movement to create a fluid yoga practice.
Get a total body workout in our booty camp class! More commonly known as boot camp, we do lunges, squats, step-ups, crunches, push-ups, and use the bands for lateral raises, curls, kick-backs and more. Not sure what all this means? Come try a class and feel your entire body and booty get firmer! Bring running shoes.
Get fancy and funky with this unique cardio dance class. These striptease/chair dance moves are as seen in Las Vegas’s hottest clubs and carbarets. Now you get to learn these hot dances! Moving to the music and lyrics you will increase your heart rate and burn calories. All levels welcome and encouraged to come out and dance!

Reduce stress and get your blood pumping with non-contact Kickboxing! Workout to motivating music as you learn calorie burning boxing and kicking moves. Improve strength, coordination, muscle tone and endurance. All fitness levels welcome. Knockout all of the day’s tension with an ‘energy-packed’ one, two, punch!
Toning Ballet involves postural and alignment work with flexibility to define and lengthen the muscles. This class incorporates moves from various disciplines in basic ballet, Pilates, contemporary dance, and yoga. The class involves stretching, a standing ballet bar, core sculpting, and across-the-floor work. Each class ends with a choreographed ballet dance or otherwise known as ‘adagio’.
BELLY DANCING 101
The Bell Dancing 101 course focuses on the fundamentals of belly dancing, which are isolations, stamina, and making it all look absolutely effortless. Lebanese cabaret is best known as the dramatic of belly dance but yet is poised and controlled dance movements. In Belly Dancing 101 you will learn proper posture and how to engage your muscles through the movement of the dance and appreciate the stylistic differences between Lebanese, Egyptian, and Turkish cabaret belly dance. You will also learn the proper cultural etiquette of the dance. Belly Dancing 101 will educate you, shape your body and create toned abs!
SACRED DANCE FUSION™
This class can be described as exotic, dynamic, sultry, expressive, tribal, celebratory, transformational, and a divine sweat! Sacred Dance Fusion™ is a unique opportunity to explore movements that are designed to clear the body of static energy through the use of tribal, serpentine, Middle Eastern, exotic belly dance and West African dance styles. These sacred movements are fused into one vivid dance experience.
Sacred Dance Fusion™ encourages you to break through boundaries and explore the sensual and primitive nature of freedom in movement and offers you a deeper, richer body knowledge and sense of liberating movement in space. Open to all levels, the student will be moving fast on his or her feet, barefoot and deeply rooted, while in direct connection to Earth and Sacred Self. A Sultry Sweat!
EXOTIC BELLY DANCING
Open to mixed level dancers who seek to diversify their dance movements with a fusion of traditional and contemporary belly dance styles. A great emphasis of fluidity, creativity in expression and serpentine movements developed with a wild and exotic music collection. This workshop/class is a great sweat and way to enhance the sinuous lines of your torso.
Expressive Yoga invites spiritual seekers of all levels to experience a fluid and freeing total body yoga experience. The root of this movement is organic and involves creative flow that enables hip and heart opening techniques to feel open and sacred in your body. Similar to Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, Expressive yoga encourages freedom in expression and asks of you to come as you are. Increase your flexibility and relax the night away.
Dutty Wall-Flo is a combination of sensual Reggae and Latin influenced wall and floor moves. Combined it is a great work out for the entire body while having fun.
The best stretch class you will ever attend! Improve your flexibility and open up a whole new world of movement. This class will also help tone your body, open up your hips and increase your strength by up to 20%. A must for every pole fitness student! This stretch class is the perfect way to live each week. Lisa incorporates laugher making stretching fun!
ISLAND STYLE CARDIO
Through this workout Nani will engage the class in a low-grade cardio program where she will incorporate basic steps of Tahitian dancing, as well as ancient hula dancing (Kahiko) and modern hula dancing (A’uana). Keep in mind that this is not a hula class. Instead, expect a cardio workout with extreme focus on the abs, legs, and the okol’e (Hawaiian for “butt”). Come get a glimpse of the Polynesian culture, listen to the music, and maybe even speak the language – all while working out and breaking a sweat. Hele Mai A‘oe!
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
We offer privates sessions in pole dancing, lap dancing, Pilates, Yoga, stretching; all our classes. Privates are very beneficial to work on areas specific to you whether you want a poster analysis with Pilates, a private lap dance for your significant other, a stage routine or a specific strength and/or flexibility routine. Please call us or email us to schedule your private sessions.
As a member you can use the studio for practice when it’s not in use. This is free of charge for all active members.
